What would it be like to love living in your body? To enjoy a day at the beach or a soak in the hot tub without feeling insecure. To have energy at the end of your work day rather than exhaustion. To live mostly without pain or muscle tension. To savor a delicious meal without stopping to feel guilty. To love food and look great because you choose the foods that love you back. To have a more playful approach to life because your body is your vehicle--not a burden.
Right now you may be thinking of all the things you should be doing to feel better. But without a clear plan to get you there, your abstract goals may seem like daydreams.
In our fast-paced, left-brained society, we aren't taught to listen to our bodies. Once you learn the simple things your body needs to thrive, you can begin to implement small changes. Small changes over time add up to big results.
When we fight our bodies, suppress our symptoms and struggle for more will power, we distance ourselves even further from healing. As a Holistic Health Practitioner, it's my job to get you back in tune with your body. Being healthy long-term is about listening to your body and giving it what it needs, not micro-managing it through a strict regime some "expert" promotes on TV.
It is my mission through Inspired Wellness to empower high-achieving women in their 30s and 40s to reach their full potential. Make peace with your body. Love the foods that love you back. Build a little pleasure into every single day.
